What’s included

This Couples Content Day is a romantic countryside date night experience designed to warm photographers (and their potential clients) up for the shooting season ahead.

Together, we’ll photograph a real couple through a series of thoughtfully styled, experience-based scenes at golden hour. The focus is on connection, movement, atmosphere, and storytelling, not stiff posing or overly editorial setups.

This day is about creating content that feels real, bookable, and inspiring, while helping you step back into shooting mode after a long winter. I created this day simply for fun and to offer photographers something relaxed, inspiring, and genuinely useful.

It’s laid back, guided, and held on private property that won’t be available again. The goal is for you to leave feeling excited, confident, and pumped about the images you created.

• Timeline & Details

  Location: Stone Mills, Ontario — on private farm property

  Length: Approximately 3 hours

  Date: Saturday, May 9, 2026

  Tentative flow:
  Arrival: 5:30 PM
  Boat scene: 5:45 PM
  Outfit change: 6:45 PM
  Date night setup (laneway/field): 7:00 PM
  Final field & sunset shooting: 7:45 PM until dark

  (Exact timing may shift slightly based on light.)

• WHAT YOU’LL BE SHOOTING

  You’ll photograph one real couple across 2–3 romantic countryside scenes, including:
  - A couple in a canoe/boat on a quiet pond
  - A romantic date night setup in a field with a small table, chairs, candles, and florals
  - A relaxed sunset picnic / countryside field scene

  The overall vibe is:
  romantic, countryside, stripped down, sunset, and connection-focused, designed to feel realistic and truly bookable.

  These are the kinds of images that often don’t get booked until clients see them advertised ; sessions at home, on family land, or doing something meaningful together, rather than simply standing at the beach at sunset.

• WHO IS THIS FOR?
  

  This content day is for:
  - Photographers who already photograph couples, or want to begin offering couples sessions
  - Beginner to intermediate photographers who want stronger, more intentional marketing imagery
  - Photographers looking to advertise experience-based sessions, not just locations
  - Anyone who learns best by observing, shooting, and being immersed

  This is not for photographers who are brand new to using their camera or looking for technical instruction, settings, or classroom-style teaching.

• WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE DAY

  
  This is a shoot-focused, laid-back experience.
  - I’ll handle the locations, styling, props, timing, and flow.
  - I’ll direct the couple the entire time, using natural prompts and movement.
  - You’ll have complete creative freedom to shoot how you like.
  - I’ll answer questions as we go, but there’s no formal teaching or technical instruction

  You’ll learn by observing how scenes are built, how couples are guided, and how light is used naturally throughout the evening.

• Group Size

  8 photographers total
  Plenty of shooting time for everyone
  Rotations will be relaxed and never rushed

• What to Bring

  Your camera and lenses
  Film photography, drones and videography is welcome
  Wear something cute but comfortable (I’ll be taking BTS photos and video)

  Snacks are not included, but I’ll likely have a few on hand.

• Image Usage & Credit

  Images can be used however you’d like (website, social, marketing)
  Please tag the couple and myself when posting
  A contract will be required

• Investment

  $199 per photographer
  Payment in full is required to secure your spot
  8 spots available

  Weather policy:
  If weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll reschedule. If you can’t attend the new date, a refund will be issued. Spots may also be transferred to another photographer if needed.
